F3T Digital Solutions provides Smart NFC Cards, Digital Profiles, and Custom Enterprise integrations. The functionality of NFC depends on the compatibility of the user's smartphone. We include Dynamic QR codes as a fallback mechanism.
For custom printed cards, the client must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials provided to us. F3T Digital Solutions holds no liability for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided assets.
"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the digital service as maintained by F3T Digital Solutions. We do not charge monthly subscription fees for standard Google Review or Digital Profile hosting unless agreed upon for specific enterprise API integrations.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
